Weekly Business Advice Clinics to be held in 2012
Are you an existing business that is in need of independent business advice, guidance or direction for your business. Perhaps you are struggling with cashflow or staff issues or are not sure in what direction to take your business to next.
Or are you about to embark on setting up a new business venture and need guidance in how to go about establishing the business, creating awreness of or developing your product or service idea.
The Board will be running weekly business advice clinics in its offices in Clonakilty this year to assist both establsihed businesses and new start ups.
In 2011 we ran a large number of clinics and there was an overwhelming demand for these with over 100 clients availing of business advice.
They are completely free and will be available to book from our web site. In addition there is no limit on the number of times that you may come back over the year to seek advice.
The areas in which you may seek assistance inlcude business planning, financial management, marketing, sales, product development, web/internet strategies, human resources and other general business advice.
