Sourcing Funding & Dealing With The Banks Seminar
Programme Aim:
To provide participants with both a sound understanding of what is required from banks in order to maximise the potential of a successful funding application to a bank AND an up-to-date position of the various banks in the Irish banking market as to their lending norms, fees and margins, documentation requirements, etc (again in order to ensure that applications are tailored to current market norms at all times). The latter is just as important as the form in the current market as the banking industry remains in a state of flux and, based on our almost daily contact with them, some banks will emerge out of the problem era faster than others and their requirements will also evolve overtime.
