4th Cork Food Forum - Open for Bookings
The full line up of the fourth successful Cork Food Forum has just been announced.
In addition to launching the newest edition of the Cork Food Finder, the guest of honour will be Minister for Agriculture, Food & Marine, Simon Coveney, T.D. and special guest speaker Ella McSweeney from RTE's Ear to the Ground.
Speaking of the line up, Sean O'Sullivan, CEO of South Cork Enterprise Board said ' We are also delighted to announce that we will have guest speakers Pauline Browne, SuperValu Retail Marketing Manager, Musgraves Ireland speaking about opportunities for artisan producers with Musgraves and Tadhg O'Donovan, Sales and Marketing Manager (UK) at Glenilen Farm, speaking about 'Things to know before you start a food Business''
The Cork Food Forum aims to bring together producers, retailers, restaurateurs and a wide range of industry experts from areas such as communications, marketing, science and technology and it provides all of those involved in the food sector in Cork with an opportunity to network, exchange ideas and most importantly, to develop new business ideas and find new markets for their products.
The next event will take place on Monday, 7th November, 2011, from 6-9pm in the Rochestown Park Hotel, Rochestown Road, Douglas, Cork.
