Business Continuity - Two New Guides issued by Forfas
As part of the Government's Winter-Ready information Forfás, Enterprise Ireland, IDA Ireland and the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation have prepared a short document including a practical checklist for businesses to help prepare for severe weather events.
While many enterprises already have plans in place for business continuity including severe weather events, all enterprises need to be informed and prepared for the range of disruptions that could arise. This document focuses on the potential impact on business and offers advice on key issues as well as suggesting measures to underpin business continuity. The checklist provides a template to help identify weaknesses in business continuity plans.
