Recession Busting Sales & Marketing - how to survive and grow in the up-turn. (This is certified management development programme – FETAC Level 5)
Recruitment is currently taking place and the programme will run from November 2009 until June 2010. It will include a combination of group training sessions as well as one to one mentoring. During the current challenging economic climate, as a business owner you will be thinking about how to survive in business and how get ready for the up-turn. This programme is being offered at a highly subsidised cost of 400 euro with an initial deposit of 100 euro and standing order payments during the course of the programme.
The trainers contracted to deliver this programme are May Day Management Consultants from Limerick.
This innovative programme will:

Sharpen your understanding of Markets & Marketing at this critical time

Help you carry out vital research into your current and/or potential new markets

Show you how to apply product and pricing strategies to best effect

Help you make the most of limited budgets for promotional techniques & tools, including the Internet and social networking media

Sharpen your personal selling skills
-
Mentor you to prepare a practical 2-3year strategic marketing plan for your business that will see you take advantage of the expected economic upturn in late 2010/early 2011.
What the programme includes:

6 full-day active participation workshops incl. a workshop on Internet Marketing/Selling and Social Media Networking

4 one-to-one mentoring sessions, commencing with a Sales & Marketing Diagnostic consultation to help you focus in on the things you need to do immediately in a Sales & Marketing Action Plan

Completion of two key written practical assignments about your business i.e. a Market Research project on your current or potential markets programme and a 2-3 Year Strategic Marketing Plan to grow your business after the recession

At the end of the programme you will complete a 2 hour written examination on the materials presented at the 6 workshops
