Idea Generation Workshop

This one day idea generation workshop is suitable for those without a business idea who would like to go into business for themselves as well as for those who have an idea but would like to “twist and change” it a bit more to make it different before they set up in business.  The workshop will help people decide whether self employment is the right route for them as well as showing them how to come up with new business ideas and how to take their business ideas further.

At the end of the one-day workshop participants will:

• Be familiar with the techniques for business idea generation and development and “thinking outside the box”
• Be introduced to the requirements and techniques for business planning
• Be introduced to the characteristics and traits of the entrepreneur
• Be aware of the personal commitment required in running their own business
• Get direction on where to go with their business idea – what steps to take
• Assess the viability of their own business idea (if they have one)
• Have been introduced to loads of new business ideas and gained the motivation to create.
