Improve your cashflow programme

The ‘Improve your cash flow’ Programme is targeted at individuals who have been in business for more than twelve months, who wish to grow their sales and profits and improve their cash flow.

The course consists of 4 half day workshops supported by one 1-to-1 mentoring visit with each business. The mentor session would happen after the workshops and it’s aimed at ensuring that each business had implemented changes and that there were specific and measurable improvements in each company.

Topics covered in the workshops include:

• Top tips on cost cutting
• 5 ways formulae to grow sales and profits
• Tips on improving your cash flow
• Understand the important numbers in your business
• Zero cost marketing ideas

The workshops will also focus on how to grow sales, improve profit margins and increase cash flow.

Each business will design an action plan during the course which will include specific improvements, person responsible and deadline for action.

The workshops are practical, interactive and proactive. Real life case-studies are used and participants are encouraged to present their own issues. Participants can learn from the experience of others attending the programme and we will have regular brainstorming of ideas where people have specific issues they may wish to highlight.
